1. If anything went wrong, please, send us an e-mail at email@example.com and don't forget to add your order number.
2. We will send you the return label to your e-mail.
3. Pack the items you're returning.
4. Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels.
5. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label, or drop off your return parcel at any local Post office so we can safely track its journey back to us. It takes a couple of days to reach us, that's why processing your refund may take up to approx. 15 business days; we’ll keep you posted along the way so keep an eye out on your inbox!
