The essentials to know about your Health & Activity Tracker
It monitors your dog's sleep and activity.
The built-in LED safety lights provide extra visibility in low-light conditions. Just make sure to turn the LED lights on in the app menu. If it gets dark during the walk and your dog is somewhere in the shade, you don’t have to be worried - you can turn the lights on up to a distance of 20 m and make your dog visible.
There are three types of silicone holders to attach the Tracker to the collar or harness included in the box.
You can expect a month of battery life. However, it may slightly vary by use - eg., if you often use LED safety lights or if your pup is extremely active. Still, the battery life is not shorter than 3 weeks. You will receive a push notification to your phone when the battery drops to 20% as a reminder to recharge the battery. Additionally, when the battery is very low, the Tracker flashes red once in five minutes to remind you to charge it. It will keep flashing until the battery is discharged completely or you plug it in.
Data from the Tracker automatically syncs to the Actijoy App throughout the day via Bluetooth when you are nearby. Please note that synchronization occurs while the app is in the background. If you use the WiFi Food or Water Bowl, it syncs the data from the tracker each time your dog drinks or eats. You can also sync manually at any time by refreshing the screen.
Is the tracker offline, no matter how close you are? Check if your dog is sleeping. The Tracker is in the sleep mode together with your inactive dog to save battery life.
